Sasuke is a young boy living in a forest with his sister. Surrounded by friendly wild animals, one day one of them is captured and devoured by a sorceress. Set on defeating this evil magician, Sasuke leaves his home and begins a journey in order to acquire ninja skills powerful enough to confront her. Note 1: "Magic Boy" was the first ever Japanese animation to be released theatrically in North America. Note 2: A Sarutobi is a ninja in the service of the local lord(s).
