In the future, a meteor crashes into Earth and brings with it a virulent form of life. This virus is known as M34 and attacks humans, turning them into vicious monsters. Most of the human population is wiped out, thus government agencies are formed to fight it off. One of the groups, the NOA, inserts nanomachines into the bodies of its soldiers; these machines allow them to transform and neutralise the infected. Unfortunately, the virus mutates and becomes too strong for the NOA to handle. Now the fate of the world rests in the hands of a 16-year-old girl with the unique power to defeat the virus. Note: The first episode was streamed online on 04.10.2001. Later that day, the first two episodes aired on Kids Station after midnight. The rest of the episodes aired on Kids Station on 04.11.2001. The DVD for the first episode was released on 22.02.2002 with the rest following monthly.
