With 17% of the Earth's surface under water, following a devastating series of earthquakes 30 years ago, civilization is slowly recovering. The 27-year-old Hiiragi Najika lives a comfortable life as perfumer by day and secret agent by night. Using her uncanny ability to recognize and classify over 500 different smells, she built a cosmetic empire, giving her the resources to fight the world's criminal elements. One day she receives an assignment to rescue a girl held captive on a small island. Though she safely rescues Lila, the organization orders Najika into a partnership with the girl. Najika reluctantly accepts, and they begin living together. But, the mysterious Lila has a few secrets of her own...
