Kusakabe Sakura, a second-year junior high school student, will at some time in the future offend God by inadvertently inventing immortality. To make things worse, the women are affected so that they stop ageing after the age of twelve, and Sakura is accused of creating a "Pedophile's World". Mitsukai Dokuro, a member of an order of angel assassins called Rurutie, has been sent from the future to kill him. However, she also has the power to raise the dead. Believing that Sakura can be redeemed, Dokuro always brings Sakura back to life each time she kills him — with her gigantic spiked tetsubo (club) she has named Excalibolg. To complicate things further, Sabato-chan, another assassin of the Rurutie order, who uses her feminine wiles to do her jobs, is dispatched to complete Dokuro's original mission: Sakura's assassination. Note: The version of this series that aired on TV was heavily censored — while audio was left largely untouched, several scenes were replaced with a "can not show" message screen. The DVD versions are not censored. * Based on the light novel series written by Okayu Masaki and illustrated by Torishimo.
