Bear cub John embarks on an adventure companied by his chums from Marlboro village in quest of a treasure his late mother has left behind. A knockabout adventure full of attractive animal characters. Love Rollercoaster received the Jury Recommended Work designation at the 11th Japan Media Arts Festival (Animation Category / Short Film) and the Planning Award (the Tokyo Big Sight Award) from the Tokyo International Anime Fair 2008 Tokyo Anime Awards. The movie was broadcast on the NHK-BS channel in 2009, and earned positive reviews.
