A New Disciple, a New Battle — Annelotte, the scion of the Kreusz noble house, was raised as a man and served as one of the house's knights. When her house is destroyed by the Queen's army, she winds up in the forest protected by Alleyne, who tends her wounds and trains her to fight well enough to confront the Queen. A Saint's Agony. The Door of Faith Reopens — Siggy is a devout servant of God whose will to harshly deal with heretics exceeds her skills. Her encounter with Ymir as the two travel to Gainos helps her come into her own as a future Inquisitor. Note: First volume was included with Queen's Blade premium visual book, and the second volume with Queen's Blade: Rebellion premium visual book. About 20 minutes on each volume contain a story about the Rebellion characters who have not appeared in Queen's Blade anime until now. About 20 more minutes contain a special episode in which the characters Alleyne and Siggy give private "work-out" lessons.

After ascenting the queen's throne, Claudette has launched an ambitious war to conquer other kingdoms. One of her many victims, Annelotte Kreutz, is forced to flee her land but is determined to defeat Claudette and save her people one day. As fate would have it she meets Combat Instructor Alleyne and eventually becomes her new disciple, training to become a stronger fighter.

Siggy, a nun of the Holy Dynasty, travels to the capital Gainos to worship in the Grand Cathedral. On her journey she meets Iron Princess Ymir who is peddling her cheap imitation weapons as usual, and with her help Siggy overcomes various obstacles, saving a sick child and burning some bandits and heretics along the way. In the end Siggy is bestowed the title of Inquisitor and granted the Holy Flame Mace as her weapon.
