Shiozaki Haruno and her friends Bessho Anri and Kaburagi Sayo enjoy effortlessly riding to school through the hilly countryside on their fetching scooters, much to Maezono Rie's dismay, who has to go by bicycle. Once Rie turns sixteen she vows to get her own license though. One day Haruno's parents, who own the Niwa Café and a motorcycle repair shop, employ a lively motorcyclist from Australia, Cynthia B. Rogers, to help out.
