Onoda Sakamichi, a first-year student of Sohoku High School in Chiba, is a bit weak and loves anime. He was going to join the anime research club when he joined high school, but after his encounter with Imaizumi Shunsuke, a boy well-renowned in the middle school cycling world, and Naruko Shoukichi, a boy who won all the awards in Kansai's cycling competition, he makes the decision to join the competitive cycling club. Hard training and other incidents wait for him in the Competitive Cycling Club, but unique seniors like Kinjou, Tadokoro, Makishima, and many others support him as overcomes the many trials. Amidst those days of hard work, Sakamichi's sleeping talent as a road racer begins to awaken!
