As Yuuji finds himself detained for suspected involvement with an international terrorist organization, the remaining students at Mihama Academy find themselves with time running out, as the school is set to close within the month due to financial issues. Over the past year, though, the Mihama girls have finally begun to find their own legs, thanks to his involvement. Faced with the end of their time at Mihama Academy and the separation from the man who changed their lives, Amane, Makina, Sachi, Yumiko, and Michiru find themselves with their backs against the wall, having to pick a fight with countries and organizations far bigger than any individual could hope to be.
