When they are boggled by how much they don't know, Super Idol Kikuko's manager, Mana-chan, appears before them. She says they are missing a promoter who will make all the arrangements for her concerts, and announces that she will take the job. Next, she claims she will need another 700 million yen. Promoter Yayoi Konno tells Miss Monochrome, the active idol and a part-time convenience store worker, that it's time for them to reserve venues for her live tour and asks if she has any requests. While Yayoi is away, Miss Monochrome wins and returns with the Woose-demy Award for Best Mannequin Act from the world of dreams and illusions, and jokingly brings up the idea of a live-concert master of ceremonies. Meanwhile, Yayoi proposes a production that puts the band members in the spotlight.
