New Fist of the North Star

In the wasteland of the post-apocalyptic earth, the polluted water has turned entirely toxic, except for some supply kept safe in a reservoir. A band of roving thugs led by ruthless Sanga has created a fortified zone, calling it the Lastland, and has taken over control of what's left of civilization. Needless to say, they have seized all the safe water from the people who guarded it. Furthermore, Sanga's greed knows no bound, and he has become a self appointed god by kidnapping Sarah, a woman with the power to heal wounds with her fingertip, and Doha, a man who generates water using his fists. Meanwhile, a group of villagers has found a new safe water, but because of that they have become the latest victims of Sanga's bloodthirst. The massacre of the villagers by Sanga's men continue when a mysterious fighter materializes right in front of them. His name is Kenshiro, and he is an enlightened martial artist and a one man army who can tear down power-hungry Sanga's dominion of the land and the falsehood of his deity once and for all.
